Procurement is the process of sourcing, purchasing, receiving at right costs, inspecting for the quality of goods and services, their storage and distribution to the facilities for uninterrupted supply/maintenance of the chain for better implementation of the Project.
TGSACS aims at an appropriate strategy for procurement and supply management and also constituted Procurement committee for the year 2024-25 to bring efficiency to the system. Key factors influencing the procurement strategy relate to the degree of complexity and uncertainty about the requirement, together with the time needed to achieve a successful outcome.
