Content Contribution, Moderation, and Approval Policy (CMAP)

To ensure consistency, standardization, and relevance, content for the Telangana State AIDS Control Society (TGSACS) website must be contributed, moderated, and approved by authorized Content Managers from various groups or divisions within TGSACS.

Content Contribution

  • Authorized Content Managers are responsible for contributing content in a structured manner to maintain uniformity and meet the needs of the audience.
  • Content must be added using a web-based Content Management System (CMS) with a user-friendly interface for easy categorization and retrieval.

Content Life Cycle

The content on the website follows a defined life cycle, including:
  1. Creation: Drafting content that aligns with the website’s objectives and audience needs.
  2. Modification: Editing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
  3. Approval: Gaining necessary approvals from designated authorities.
  4. Moderation: Ensuring the content meets established guidelines and policies.
  5. Publishing: Making the approved content live on the website.
  6. Expiry: Identifying outdated content and marking it for removal.
  7. Archival: Safely storing expired content for future reference or compliance.

Approval and Moderation Process

  • Content is subject to multilevel moderation based on roles and responsibilities.
  • If content is rejected during moderation or approval, it will be sent back to the originator for necessary modifications.
This policy ensures that all published content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the goals of TGSACS while providing an optimal experience for the website’s users.
