  • NACP I (1992-1999): Focused on raising awareness about HIV/AIDS, ensuring blood safety by modernizing blood banks, and building capacities at all levels.
  • NACP II (1999-2007): Targeted high-risk groups, expanded counseling and HIV testing facilities, and introduced anti-retroviral therapy (ART) along with community care centers for terminally ill AIDS patients.
  • NACP III (2007-2013): Aimed to halt and reverse the HIV epidemic through integrated prevention, care, and treatment programs.
  • NACP IV: Seeks to accelerate the reversal of the HIV epidemic and ensure a comprehensive and integrated response.
